DETAILED SAFARI PROGRAMME

Day 1:  A WARM WELCOME TO KENYA

A Warm Welcome awaits you on your arrival into Kenya this evening. Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and welcomed by our representative and transfer you to a Nairobi Hotel for an overnight stay on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, you will depart to Amboseli National Park which is popular for it’s abundance of the elephant including other animal species. Arrive at your lodge which overlooks the Africa’s highest and most majestic mountain, Kilimanjaro in time for lunch.  Enjoy afternoon game drive with a backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro. Have dinner and overnight stay at a lodge/ Camp on full board basis.

Day 3: Full Day in Amboseli

Spend this day at Amboseli viewing game.  You will have an opportunity to climb the observation hill to the vantage point where you will experience a wonderful view of the entire Amboseli plains overlooking Mt. Kilimanjaro. The Amboseli Plains inhabits large herds of elephants and other wild animals like Giraffes, Lions and Spotted Hyenas with fantastic bird life species. Have dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, you will depart and drive to Lake Naivasha with lunch in Nairobi. On arrival at Lake Naivasha you will proceed for boat ride followed by dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Lake Naivasha is host to over 400 species of bird life which is endemic and migratory. The lodge offers a resident ornithologist for those who want to enjoy an optional bird walk where you will see at least 60 species of unique birds. You may also opt for an optional boat ride on the lake.

Day 5: MASAI MARA

This morning an early breakfast followed by departure for the rolling savannah plains of the Masai Mara. Here we arrive at the luxurious tented camp for lunch and check-in. After a relaxed and lovely lunch we depart for our first afternoon game drive where we will enjoy some fantastic sightseeing of wildlife like Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Zebra, Giraffe, Hyena, Thompsons Gazelle, Grants Gazelle, Cokes Hartebeeste, Kongoni and many other birds like Ostrich etc. Enjoy followed by a relaxed dinner and overnight.

Day 6. FULL DAY AT MASAI MARA

This morning you enjoy a pre breakfast game drive at 06.30 am as this is the best time to enjoy one. The animals awaken to another day of feeding and you may be lucky to catch a lion attempting a kill or enjoying what he has killed during the night. Cheetah, Leopard etc are also easy to spot as they go to the river to enjoy the first drink or our tea coloured water. Thereafter enjoy a hearty breakfast followed by a relaxation thereafter enjoy lunch followed by your last evening game drive. Thereafter enjoy a fantastic dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7. MASAI MARA TO NAIROBI

A relaxed rise followed by breakfast and thereafter departure for Nairobi arriving early afternoon for the Four Point by Sheraton Hotel where you will enjoy a dayroom for freshen up. Later transfer to the airport for your outbound flight home.

• Boat rides, hot air balloon safari & visits to the maasai villages
• Any other items not mentioned in the above
• Please note that bottled water in Safari Lodges and Restaurants is subject to payment.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are required as follows unless otherwise agreed

50 % deposit upon confirmation of the Safari if booked more than 90 days in advance. Balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. In case the Safari is booked within 59 days, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. All Bank Charges are to be borne by the clients or agents.

Cancellation Policy

The following Cancellation policy is applicable

Over 100 days                                   Nil Penalty

99- 60 days                                         20 % Penalty

59- 45 day                                           50 % Penalty

44- 30 days                                         75 % Penalty

Less than 29days                            No refund at all.
